Welcome to the world of real estate, where passion meets expertise, and every property tells a unique story. I am Irene J Tanis, your dedicated Realtor. Since 1983, I have been a consistent top seller and top lister in Teller County and have been given the Chairman’s Club and Platinum Award for the past many years. I also achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards as well. My designations are CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).
Beyond the world of real estate, my heart belongs to my family, who have been my pillar of support throughout this incredible journey. In addition to my love for real estate and family, my heart is also captivated by the companionship of my furry friends – my beloved puppies. They add an extra layer of joy to my life, reminding me of the importance of comfort and happiness in our living spaces.
I believe in taking the time to get to know our customers’ needs and wants, whether they are interested in selling or purchasing. Service is the number one priority in our business, and I am here to serve you. Give me a call today!
